The Progel Windows Scheduled Tasks Management Pack for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager consists of the following four management packs: Progel Windows Scheduled Tasks Library, Progel Windows 2008 Server Scheduled Tasks, Progel Windows 2003 Server Scheduled Tasks and Progel Windows 2000 Server Scheduled Tasks.
The Progel Windows Scheduled Tasks management packs monitor the performance, health, and availability of scheduled tasks on Windows 2008 Server, Windows 2003 , and Windows 2000 Server.
By detecting, alerting on, and automatically responding to critical events and performance indicators, management packs reduce resolution times for issues and increase the overall availability and performance of your scheduled tasks on Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, and Windows 2000 Server operating systems, thereby helping to reduce the total cost of ownership.
The Management Pack is free of charge and can be downloaded here.
The Management Pack support is on a per incident basis. Each incident is priced at 180€ + VAT.
Incidents must be prepaid via wire transfer at Progel srl. Incidents can be submitted via email only at the following address: sst@progel.it
Progel srl will do all what is in its possibilities to resolve any issue or bug with the management pack as far as the issue is related to Progel own code.
To open an incident you shall:
- Open a support incident at sst@progel.it
- Wait for the Progel srl staff acknowledge it is a Management Pack issue
- Prepay the incident via wire transfer following the instructions received
